2x American Standard variable capacity heat pumps paired with 2 stage furnaces and wi-fi, programmable thermostats. This job was a challenge due to the location of the furnaces. This home only had one cooling system previously and needed some ducting modifications as well.
Custom sheet metal was the only way to allow this new system to get proper airflow to a problem area within this home, even with upgraded equipment.
American Standard counter/ down flow air handler with a Bosch variable capacity heat pump. This is a mobile home and they are notorious for leaky ducting. We sealed up what was accessible as a courtesy, which was significant
This home has 5 total systems. We've updated 3 of them but don't have pictures of each at this time. The 3 we've updated are all top of the line Hybrid heat pumps with gas furnaces, all downsized for improved comfort and efficiency.

American Standard AccuComfort 18 heat pump with communicating air handler, Platinum 1050 thermostat, Platinum humidifier, Aprilaire 2210 media filter, and a pressure reducing valve to reduce the household pressure to safe levels (anything over 80 psi requires a PRV), and an expansion tank so heated water has a place to expand to.
American Standard Gold 824 control, Variable speed air handler, Bosch variable speed heat pump, and Aprilaire 2210 media filter. We also replaced the PRV and expansion tank (both failed), and lowered/spun the heat pump water heater so the door would close and there was proper access for service components.

This setup still has the option of one more indoor unit. This customers priority was to knock down the humidity and warmer temps as they have a cottage where they spend most of their time in the summer.
Fujitsu multi-zone to replace an improperly installed and ducted rooftop unit. This provides 4 different zones, all of which can be different temperatures, and all will ramp up and down as needed for both heating and cooling.
Rheem heat pump water heater. This model should save this homeowner over $500 per year in energy savings in comparison to their previous conventional electric water heater (both 80 gallon).
